We offer competitive rates with absolutely zero hidden fees or startup cost. The rate for long-term rentals (6+ months) is 12% of the gross rent. The rate for short-term rentals is 20% of the gross rent.
Our rental team helps you maximize your return on investment by providing an up-to-date market analysis and advertising online with all the industry-leading platforms. In addition, we always have our finger on the pulse of what’s new and upcoming in our ever-changing environment.
Our team conducts background checks and credit checks on all tenants of 12 months or more, coordinates cleaning & maintenance, and inspects the unit on arrival and departure.
Last but not least, we pride ourselves in making sure all of our guests have a wonderful stay, whether they are on a short-term or long-term lease. Our rental team has vast knowledge and experience in vacation and long-term rentals in St. Augustine and the surrounding areas.
