Wake early at least once. Step onto the balcony while the world is still quiet and watch the first light appear over the water. Later, grab the beach chairs, umbrella and towels already waiting for you, head downstairs and trade the view for the real thing — sand beneath your feet and the Atlantic right in front of you.
Completely renovated, 217C is bright, modern and beautifully uncomplicated, with tile floors throughout and an updated kitchen that opens to the living and dining spaces. The fully equipped kitchen has everything you need for meals at home, while WiFi, TVs and your own washer and dryer keep everyday vacation life easy.
The primary bedroom features a king bed and spacious ensuite with double vanity and walk-in shower. The second bedroom offers a double and twin bed, and the guest bathroom also has a walk-in shower.
Spend the day on the beach, swim in the community pool, play tennis or fire up one of the outdoor grills. And when the day begins to wind down, bring a glass of wine onto the balcony, listen to the surf and watch the last light disappear from an uninterrupted Atlantic horizon.
When you're ready to explore, Anastasia State Park, the St. Augustine Lighthouse, Alligator Farm and historic downtown offer an entirely different side of St. Augustine — nature, adventure and centuries of history waiting beyond the beach. Make an evening of downtown, find somewhere special for dinner, wander the old streets after dark and come home to the sound of the ocean.
