Pelican Inlet Condo community sits between the Atlantic Ocean and the Matanzas River in Crescent Beach. This 2-bedroom, 2-bathroom, Ground Floor corner unit has been recently remodeled, with new appliances, tile and laminate flooring (no carpet). King bed in primary bedroom and 2 Full beds in secondary bedroom.  TVs in living area and in both bedrooms, all have cable service.  High Speed WiFi is provided complimentary. Primary bathroom has tub/shower with handheld shower head; the second bathroom has a walk-in shower with handheld shower head.  The fully equipped kitchen has all the essential tools to prep meals and/or bake some cookies.  Keurig coffee maker and drip coffee maker are both available, along with a tea kettle.  This unit has a small wine refrigerator, wine glasses, cocktail shaker and blender for whipping up some tropical smoothies. The laundry room has a full-size washer/dryer. The unit’s patio area is screened in. This unit comes equipped with (4) folding beach/camp chairs, pool towels, grill tools (for the outside grill area), and (4) Pickleball paddles.  Property amenities include a spacious pool area, tennis courts, grill area, and pickleball court.  Boat parking and boat ramp access are also available. This unit is ideal for 1 or 2 couples - or girlfriends’ getaway - max occupancy is 4 persons total for this unit.  With prior approval, one small dog of under 20 pounds (9 kg) is welcomed with doggie bowls and a doggie treat canister to fill with your doggie’s fav treats.  Pet fee will apply.
