Welcome to Sea Winds Unit 37, your quintessential oceanfront retreat. Upon entering the first floor, you’ll find two spacious bedrooms, each thoughtfully appointed with comfort in mind, along with two full baths and a convenient laundry room. Ascend to the second floor, where the heart of the home resides. The open-concept living area features a well-equipped kitchen, a welcoming dining space, and a cozy living room, all bathed in natural light and adorned with tasteful decor. Step out onto the deck to savor breathtaking ocean views, the perfect backdrop for morning coffee or evening sunsets. Retreat to the third floor, where the private master suite awaits. This tranquil space boasts panoramic ocean vistas, ensuring a serene escape after a day of beachside fun. 

For your convenience, a one-car garage is available, ideal for storing beach gear or parking a smaller vehicle. Sea Winds is ideally situated within close proximity to local restaurants, shops, and grocery stores, enhancing your experience with ease of access to amenities. 

The property features a gated entrance for added security, as well as a pool and hot tub for relaxation. A private walkway leads directly to the beach, inviting you to explore the sandy shores at your leisure. 

Reservations include a $55.00 Damage Protection Plan, providing coverage up to $3,000. Should you prefer to opt out, a refundable security deposit will be required. Please inquire for further details regarding the security deposit option. 

Please note that Sea Winds Unit 37 is a non-smoking unit, ensuring a fresh and inviting atmosphere for all guests.

This condo is the quintessential "rare find." The front door is a 0.15 mile walk to the beach. The main floor and main master decks have ocean views, and you even have a great view of the beach from the master shower! I would venture that this is one of the most desirable units south of the pier. The whole place--floors, kitchen, bathrooms, beds, etc--was super clean. The bathrooms have been updated nicely, and the kitchen is well stocked with everything you need to eat in. The second master was perfect for the mother-in-law and an extra-special bonus feature of the unit. The whole place is comfortable with private spaces for everyone. The location is perfect--less than a mile down the beach from St. Augustine Beach restaurants and surf shops, and close but not too close to St. Augustine proper which is a bit more lively but very quaint and classy. The whole area from the pier south is pretty quiet especially on weekdays, with plenty of room for everyone on this massive, family-friendly beach. Ideal for long walks, sand castles, and beginner surfers. There is a nice outdoor shower on your way back along the private beach access boardwalk, and the Sea Winds pool is new with a tropical, private vibe. Thanks so much for sharing your condo with us. We will definitely return!

We had a great stay! Location was perfect and great views of the ocean and only a few miles to the historic district. Condo was clean and well stocked and plenty of bathrooms!!
