Sea Winds Unit 37 - Ocean Front. Sit back and enjoy the view. Our oceanfront condo is 3 bedroom 3 bath 3 floors. The first floor has 2 bedrooms, 2 baths, and laundry room. The second floor is the living area with the kitchen, 1/2 bath, dining area, living room and a deck with a beautiful ocean view. The 3rd floor is the private master suite with a panaromic view of the ocean. There is a one car garage ideal for your sand and beach toys or a smaller vehicle and is available for guests' use. Sea Winds is close to restaurants, shops and grocery stores. It has a gated entrance, pool, hot tub, and a private walkway to the beach. Reservation will include a $45.00 Damage Protection Plan with coverage up to $3,000. If you do not wish to purchase this plan, a security deposit will be required. We willl send you the information ifi you wish to opt out of the Damage Protection Plan and pay for a refundable security deposit.

This condo is the quintessential "rare find." The front door is a 0.15 mile walk to the beach. The main floor and main master decks have ocean views, and you even have a great view of the beach from the master shower! I would venture that this is one of the most desirable units south of the pier. The whole place--floors, kitchen, bathrooms, beds, etc--was super clean. The bathrooms have been updated nicely, and the kitchen is well stocked with everything you need to eat in. The second master was perfect for the mother-in-law and an extra-special bonus feature of the unit. The whole place is comfortable with private spaces for everyone. The location is perfect--less than a mile down the beach from St. Augustine Beach restaurants and surf shops, and close but not too close to St. Augustine proper which is a bit more lively but very quaint and classy. The whole area from the pier south is pretty quiet especially on weekdays, with plenty of room for everyone on this massive, family-friendly beach. Ideal for long walks, sand castles, and beginner surfers. There is a nice outdoor shower on your way back along the private beach access boardwalk, and the Sea Winds pool is new with a tropical, private vibe. Thanks so much for sharing your condo with us. We had a great stay! Location was perfect and great views of the ocean and only a few miles to the historic district. Condo was clean and well stocked and plenty of bathrooms!!
I have stayed in almost all the oceanfront units over the years at Sea winds. They are always very clean and have what you need for the week. I will be back!
