Our oceanfront condo is a 3 bedroom 3.5 bath on 3 floors with wood laminate flooring throughout, no carpet. The first floor has a second master suite with a queen bed and attached bath. There is another bedroom on the first floor with 2 queen beds and a full bath in the hall nearby. The laundry room is also located on the first floor and has a new full sized washer/dryer. The second floor is the living area with the kitchen, 1/2 bath, dining area, living room and a deck with a beautiful ocean view. The 3rd floor is the private master suite with a panaromic view of the ocean. The master bathroom has been expanded in size and has a lovely, tiled walk-in shower. There is a one car garage ideal for your sand and beach toys or a smaller vehicle and is available for guests' use.

Sea Winds is close to restaurants, shops and grocery stores. It has a gated entrance, pool, hot tub, tennis court and a private walkway to the beach.

Reservation will include a $45.00 Damage Protection Plan with coverage up to $3,000. If you do not wish to purchase this plan, a security deposit will be required. We willl send you the information ifi you wish to opt out of the Damage Protection Plan and pay for a refundable security deposit.
