Unit 78 at Sea Winds is a 2 bedroom, 2 bathroom flat (one floor) at a beachfront community on Anastasia Island with an outdoor patio and community beach access from the private boardwalk. Pristine beach condo fully stocked with all amenities.  Beautifully decorated condo on the beach in one of the nicest communities on St. Augustine Beach!  Convenient ground floor unit with no stairs to climb or carry up your gear or groceries. Enjoy the beautiful wildlife – birds, fish and turtles from the charming patio overlooking a peaceful lagoon.  Enjoy your morning cup of coffee or glass of wine in the evening all while enjoying delightful ocean breeze.

The beach is only steps away from the condo and includes a king bed in the primary bedroom and two queen sized beds in the guest bedroom. 

Sea Winds is a gated beach front community with a private boardwalk to the ocean, a sparkling pool, tennis court and jacuzzi.  The historic district is just a 15 minute drive, and local attractions like the Alligator Farm are just down the road.

Reservation will include a $55.00 Damage Protection Plan with coverage up to $3,000.  If you do not wish to purchase this plan, a security deposit will be required.  We will send you the information if you wish  to opt out of the Damage Protection Plan and pay for a refundable security deposit.
