Seaside at Anastasia Unit A104This Spanish-themed ground-floor, three bedroom, two bath condo is fully equipped with an exotic kitchen (new fridge/freezer), dining room with seating for 6, living room with large flat screen HDTV and utility room with full-size washer/dryer. TVs are located in the master bedroom and queen guest bedroom for your enjoyment. 2 beach chairs, 4 beach towels and a beach wagon are included! The condo's private patio overlooks the serene pool and community pond, complete with fountain and walking path. Wifi available in the clubhouse and within the unit! 

Reservation will include a $45.00 Damage Protection Plan with coverage up to $3,000. If you do not wish to purchase this plan, a security deposit will be required. We willl send you the information if you wish to opt out of the Damage Protection Plan and pay for a refundable security deposit.

Perfect location for family and fun. One of our best family getaways for the holidays. We were pleasantly surprised at how well the unit was furnished and all the little extras, truly a home away from home.

This quaint condo was all that it was advertised to be and more. It felt quite homely as everything had its place and the entire condo was well decorated and fitting of the name, Sea-esta. This was a perfect place for a couple's getaway, and we were quite impressed with the little touches and attention to detail that made the stay all-the-more enjoyable and stress free.
