right and beautiful 3/2 ground floor corner unit with new soundproof windows and a screened south facing lanai for added privacy. Master suite has a king size bed with flat screen HD TV. The EnSuite features a large walk-in shower with garden soaking tub. One guest bedroom has a queen sized bed with flatscreen TV and the other bedroom houses 2 twin beds with HD TV. Well-maintained gated community with Clubhouse, heated pool (complimentary water aerobics) and 24-hour excercise room. Only a few minutes walk to the St. Augustine Beach Pier and ocean. Unit also comes with beach towels (minimum of 4), beach chairs (2), and a beach wagon to help tote your treasures! There is one assigned parking and two separate guest parking spaces for a total of 3 vehicles permitted onsite at any time. Reservation will include a $55.00 Damage Protection Plan with coverage up to $3,000. If you do not wish to purchase this plan, a security deposit will be required. We willl send you the information ifi you wish to opt out of the Damage Protection Plan and pay for a refundable security deposit.

This is a very quiet, family friendly property in close proximity to the beach, several great restaurants and a short drive to the historical sites in Saint Augustine.

This was the first full vacation my family and I have had in a long time. I was looking for something very specific. I needed spacious (enough for 5 or 6), 3 bedrooms, a pool, and something within walking distance to the beach but also close enough to town. This place was a complete match and exceeded my expectations. There is always a fear when it comes to trusting the internet and the pictures available but I am definitely glad we chose this place! Well worth the money. We will be staying here again in the future!

The condo was lovely, clean, well equipped and a nice location on the property.
The property was excellent . Clean, well decorated, easy in and out of door and gates. Kitchen had all the necessary appliances plus some.
