From February 29 to March 2, 2024, the St. Augustine Spanish Food & Wine Festival celebrates Spanish culture, wine, and cuisine in St. Augustine, the Nation's Oldest City. This festival pays homage to the city's rich history, dating back to its founding in 1565 by Don Pedro Menendez de Aviles and the arrival of the first Spanish settlers. Today, it continues to draw food enthusiasts, history buffs, and fans of Spanish culture.

The festival comprises a series of special events spread over a weekend, offering visitors and locals alike a chance to indulge in Spanish wines, tapas, and spirits. Besides the culinary experience, the festival also serves a charitable purpose, with proceeds supporting local causes. To date, it has donated over $380,000, with this year's beneficiary being the Hospitality & Tourism Management Program at Flagler College, named after Henry Morrison Flagler, a key figure in Florida tourism.

The Grand Tasting, a highlight of the festival, showcases a variety of Spanish wines, connecting St. Augustine's historical Spanish roots with contemporary celebrations of the city's heritage through food and wine.
